This adapter allows your Nikon F lens ( with manual f/stop dial) to be used on Sony camera bodies with a stable, solid connection and infinity focus or beyond. You can also take advantage of your Nikon G lenses (without the manual aperture dial) by using this adapter’s built in iris control. Keep in mind this adapter doesn’t have any electronic contacts, so electronic specific functions like autofocus, AE metering, image stabilization, etc. won’t be available.
